Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. CHEN Wenbin is our executive director, chairman of the board and chief executive officer. Mr. Chen obtained a double bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and international enterprise management from Dalian University of Technology in the PRC in July 1998 and a degree of executive master of business administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in the PRC in October 2009. He also obtained a securities investment advisor license granted by the SAC.

Executive Director and Executive President
Mr. CHEN Jigeng is our executive director and executive president. Mr. Chen has completed the International Experimental Class Program at Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in June 2023.

Vice President
Mr. ZHANG Pengfei was appointed as our vice president in August 2021. Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Institute of Online Education, Beijing Foreign Studies University in the PRC in January 2020. He obtained a qualification to engage in futures business from the China Futures Association in March 2019, and a qualification to engage in securities business from the Securities Association of China in November 2020.

Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative
Mr. TAO Qitao was appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized representative of JF Wealth in November 2023. Mr. Tao obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law in July 2011 in the PRC and his master’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in December 2016 in the PRC. He has also obtained legal qualification, fund qualification and futures qualification in the PRC.
