The Nominat Committee consists of one non-executive Director, being Mr. CHEN Wenbin, and two independent non-executive Directors, being Mr. LI Feng and Mr. TIAN Shu. The chairman of the Nomination Committee is Mr. CHEN Wenbin. The primary duty of the Nomination Committee is to make recommendations to the Board on the appointment and removal of Directors of our Company.
